Biography
Des Floyd served as Special Assistant to the MA state Commissioner on Equity. He worked with Harvard’s Programs in Professional Education facilitating the National Institute for Urban School Leaders, New School Leaders, and the Turnaround Leaders Institutes. Dr. Floyd earned his Doctorate in Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) at Harvard University.
