Biography

Dr. Shelly L. Shaffer teaches literacy in the Department of Education at Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA to pre-service elementary and secondary teachers. Her current research interests are Young Adult literature, reading motivation, flipped classrooms, mentoring, and multi-media integration in teacher education programs.
