Biography
Dr. Rich Huebner is currently Director, Data Architecture & Data Science for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where he provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise on data analytics strategy. Dr. Huebner has over 25 years of experience working on data-related projects, as individual contributor roles and leadership roles. His doctoral work focused on how leaders can provide the right types of support during data mining and analytics projects. Most of his research has focused on educational data mining and data mining in general. He is an avid reader and writer, and regularly contributes to blogs and publishes articles on a regular basis. He is also a Professor at New England College of Business, where he teaches MBA and doctoral students MIS, analytics, and statistics. He also sits on several dissertation committees.
