Biography
Peter Weber is Professor at South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences in Soest, Germany, teaching computer science & e-business and serving as the head of the Competence Center E-Commerce (CCEC). He received his doctoral degree and postdoctoral degree for his work on E-Learning Business Models and Educational Service Engineering at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. In his research, he focuses on E-Business and E-Learning, looking at implications of technology-driven change in various industries, including education and retail.
