Dr. Albert leads the iInspire Academy at California elementary school within the Orange Unified School District in Orange, California. With over 17 years of educational leadership experience. He has served as a teacher and assistant principal at the high school, as a middle school assistant principal and principal, as a K-8 school principal, an elementary principal, and supporting English learners at the district level. He has proudly served at Title I schools as well as schools in high socio-economic areas and has experience bridging the achievement gap, integrating technology to enhance 21st century learning, and supporting English learners. Dr. Albert earned a bachelor’s of arts degree from the University of Redlands, and a master’s degree and doctorate degree from California State University, Fullerton. His wife is a second grade teacher and they have two sons in elementary school. He is first generation American. His father immigrated to the United States from Hungry after WWII and his mother was from Ireland. Both came to build a better life for themselves and their future family. It is with this same sense of passion that he entered the education field with the goal of helping to build better lives for students.
Interests Area of professional interest include: Educational Technology, STEAM Education, Coding, Robotics, Green Screen, Spanish Dual Immersion, iPads in the classroom, one-to-one programs, Digital Movie Making, Digital Literacy, LEXIA Core5, AVID, Educational Leadership
Areas of personal interest include: Running, Hiking, Reading, active spectator of all his son's sporting activities, cooking, Paleo Foodie, and beach time with his family

2016-2017 Area of Focus “We continue our vision of being a premiere one-to-one iPad school and a leader in innovation. Our focus remains on preparing our students to be college and career ready by developing sound foundation skills in reading, mathematical reasoning, science application, and technology integration. Our students apply these foundational skills while mastering 21st century standards. In addition, we are ecstatic that we are expanding our innovative programs this year to also include a Science, Technology, Engineer, Arts, and Math (STEAM) lab and the first Spanish Dual Immersion program in the district”, said principal Dr. Albert.
