This research examines the effects of Internet on EFL writing. The researcher uses the Internet as an educational tool, in the experimental group, but text-books are used in the control group. The experimental group is provided with a computer to discuss the content of the students’ findings in the Internet searches. In control group, two books, Paragraph Development and Writing power are taught by the researcher. Attempts are made to find justifiable answer to the following question:“Is there a significant difference between Internet learning and the writing ability for university students?”A test of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is administered to both control and experimental groups to check the homogeneity between the groups. Both groups enjoyed an intact pre-test post-test design control group-experimental design with p<.05 level of significance for accepting or rejecting the hypothesis. The analysis will reveal that using Internet can reinforce writing ability.
