Abstract: We describe our practical research about building up new process. This method about creating the innovative MANGA-based learning has been used by over 60,000 learners since 2015. We have investigated and built up the new process about creating the learning MANGA. The purpose of this research is to make our new innovative method wide-spread used all over the world from now on. In terms of learning log, behavioral characteristics, learning speed, and each learner's engagement, we have already described in the previous research papers about the innovative e-learning development. In addition to it, we have already described the MANGA-based narrative approach method for the improvement of learning effectiveness in the previous research papers. We will make this new method wide-spread used by the various educational scenes based on this paper all over the world.
