Abstract: This mixed methods multi-site case study followed three middle school technology leadership teams over one calendar year as they adopted and adapted leadership practices recommended in an intervention designed to develop instructional leadership for math and science teachers’ technology integration. The intervention’s measures, institute, and coaching all appeared to influence the specific activities they identified and carried out, but so did context-specific differences in expertise, attitudes, and ways of working.
