Abstract: This session will discuss the recommendation for a Technology Infusion SIG within the Teacher Education Council of SITE. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to contribute to a draft proposal, which will include initial ways the SIG could support (1) research directions for technology infusion, (2) SIG-based initiatives, and (3) specific leadership opportunities that the formation of this SIG would provide to SITE members. At the end of this session, a draft proposal will be compiled for submission to the SITE leadership team. Attendees should come to this session prepared and willing to share ideas and contribute to developing the SIG proposal.
