Abstract: The purpose of this heuristic methodology study was to develop a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) heuristic evaluation. The heuristic utilizes online learning design evaluation frameworks, as well as user experience (UX) heuristic evaluation processes to create an instrument that best evaluates online on-demand modules for higher education programs. This study follows the design of the heuristic, with data collected from the research literature and an analysis of existing online instruments.
