Abstract: As technology becomes more ubiquitous in the classroom, it is important for users to understand potential consequences in the form of technostress. This paper will summarize the literature concerning warning signs of technostress along with coping strategies. Through the lenses of both students and educators, examples will be provided to demonstrate how technostress can impact a classroom environment. Solutions are proposed, in addition to future research recommendations.
