Abstract: This qualitative study explored the perceptions of five professors applying the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model (KEM) to their online teaching evaluation at the university level. Data from interviews, observations, and documents (including students’ surveys) showed that the KEM was effective for the professors to engage students in their online course evaluation in the Canvas Learning Management System (CLMS). The purposeful sampling technique was utilized for the study, so the findings could be transferred to other similar HIED online educational contexts.
