Abstract: Virtual mentoring programs can have a positive impact on educators and students. Through this process, individuals can collaborate with others in different geographic locations or engage in activities that facilitate professional growth or increase academic engagement. Such technology has led educators to explore technological pedagogical strategies such as digital escape rooms, virtual experiences, e-mentoring, and communities of practice (Crompton et al., 2021).
