Abstract: This study examines the impact of technology enhanced micro-teaching on preservice teachers (PSTs) classroom performance in Nigeria. Learning the craft of teaching has gone beyond the mere observation. PSTs are asked to combine observed teacher performance and theory into their teaching practices. This complex demand on PSTs often clashes with the realities of the classroom and their novice status (Berliner, 1986, Murray, 2004) leading to low performance during teaching practice.
