Abstract: It is generally accepted that people pursue advanced degrees for enhancement of knowledge in a specific field, to contribute to the body of research in the field of interest and to become more competitive in the job market. The value of having an integrated ePortfolio in the masters program is essential for meeting these goals. Considering these factors, Sacramento State has developed a program in Instructional Design and Educational Technology that targets these goals.
