Abstract: This paper reports on the curricular design and effectiveness of two projects in a technology for teaching secondary mathematics course. Projects aligned to state content standards and infused research-based recommendations for technology implementation and mathematics practices. Five preservice teachers provided data in the form of project reports, presentations, and written reflections. Qualitative data analysis revealed developments to preservice teachers’ Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and impacts on their perceptions of teaching and learning mathematics with technology.
