Abstract: In response to the global pandemic, the process of literacy coaching required programs to re-envision innovative ways of engaging teachers and coaches in a collaborative process with the use of technology. This paper presents the findings of a study on a virtual coaching model utilizing GoReact, Zoom & WebEx, and CANVAS platforms with classroom teachers in order to deliver quality strengths-based early literacy coaching to VPK classroom teachers during a global pandemic.
