Practice Project-based learning in blended learning to Improve the Teaching Design Ability of Normal University Students

Abstract: In the current process of training normal university students, there exists the problem of insufficient application of knowledge in normal university students, which leads to the students' insufficient understanding of education concepts. Project-based learning provides a way to solve this problem. This study explores students' performance in a blended learning environment. Firstly, it introduces the teaching process of course implementation. Then through analyzing of student satisfaction, test questions and other final works, we find some results. Firstly, most students are satisfied with the project-based learning implemented in the course. Secondly, tests and advance notification of homework requirements can stimulate their learning motivation. Thirdly, teachers should pay more attention to the teaching of learning scaffolds in the process of information-based instructional design. Fourthly, the task in the course can be reduced appropriately, the current task in the course is a challenge.
