Abstract: Our participation in a Carnegie Foundation NIC (Network Improvement Community) assisted our program in planning quality implementation when starting our journey with “educative” Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA) created by more than 100 faculty, national subject-matter organization representatives, and kindergarten through 12th grade teachers at the Stanford Center for Assessment, Learning and Equity (SCALE) (National Louis University,2015).
