Abstract: Professional development is an essential component of how school leaders and educators remain current in their fields. Due to changing learning preferences and advances in technology, professional development needs to focus on educational trends that are impacting learners. The inclusion of effective professional development trainings has become increasingly more important due to the additional demands and constraints schools have faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
