Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the reasons for the low adoption rates and provide practical solutions to increase the use of Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS) for grades K-2 classes at Batesville Community School Corporation (BCSC). Canvas was adopted to enhance teaching and learning, but due to lower usage, the need to investigate the cause was raised. In this study, a needs assessment was conducted to meet those goals.
