Abstract: This study presents the methodology of a program evaluation of an online M.Ed. Program in education with an emphasis in educational technology in a Midwestern university. The aim of this study was to develop a context-sensitive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of this online program in meeting its students’ and program staff’s needs for continuous improvement purposes.
