Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between changes in the attitudes and knowledge of faculty that are skeptical or resistant to online education and development opportunities that expose them to current best practices and effective strategies in online education. This study sets out to show that faculty who are skeptical or resistant to online education will have more positive attitudes towards online education after taking part in a faculty development course.
