A Study on Intelligent Question Answering System in Distance learning

Abstract: Taking a micro-course which named modern Chinese word formation as an example, we use the FQA composed of learners' questions and teachers' answers as the corpus and implement an Intelligent Question Answering System Based on dependency syntactic analysis and word2vec model. It can answer students' questions accordingly and on the real time, it can store, analyze and visualize students' data, so that teachers with system feedback can provide individualized guidance and learners can learned on demand. Based on the interaction model and individualized learning theory of distance learning, we evaluate the system on three aspects: technicality, learning benefit and interaction, and explored the effect of interactive and individualized learning of the intelligent QA system in distance learning according to the evaluation.
