Abstract: This paper presents an on-going English Curriculum development of flexible learning for night programs at a science university in Tokyo. Due to its relative obscurity, the issues regarding night programs tend to have been rarely talked about in our country until recently. In particular, this paper focuses on the issue of the English curriculum and its design concept in order to improve it for the needs of night program students.
