Abstract: Teacher educators have commonly used Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) as a proxy measure to assess technology integration abilities among preservice teachers. But, TPACK measurement tools to date cannot predict or assess preservice teachers’ application of their technology integration knowledge. Given the intricacy and complexity of real school circumstances, we aim to devise an assessment protocol that will consider the contextual factors and subjective norms that influence teacher candidates’ attitudes and intentions to integrate technology.
