Share Paper: Mircolearning Strategies
Abstract: The generational shift in employees’ learning styles has left many companies feeling that their heavily-invested-in training programs are becoming obsolete to millennial learners. Microlearning is at the crux of the intergenerational difference that manifests as the millennial generation pours into the workforce. Microlearning in corporate training can help bridge the generational divide, but what is microlearning beyond short training segments?
