Abstract: As technology availability increases, students’ expectations for the incorporation of technology into the course curriculum become more prevalent. A professional development program at the university level was designed to encourage the adoption of research-based technology enhanced practices in course design. Through a blend of in-person and online sessions, faculty participants received personalized support to assist with course redesign. This project looks at two faculty cohorts that participated in the course redesign program and explores the key components for a professional development program to meet the goals of the faculty members and facilitators simultaneously.
