Abstract: The purpose of this research study is to (1) examine the satisfaction, usability and challenge of using TurningPoint from both students’ and instructors’ perspective in their university level courses, (2) to discover if there is a difference on their satisfaction scores, usability and challenge scores when students used clickers or used TurningPoint mobile device, (3) to study if there is an association between instructors’ satisfaction and their challenge scores. To support faculty development in the educational technology skill area, these statistical results and reports might be needed for future training and constructing educational infrastructure. It’s imperative that more research studies can be conducted to understand students' and instructors’ experiences with satisfaction, and even challenges of using TurningPoint in their classrooms.
