Abstract: Peer review approach has been recognized as a one of the effective instructional technique to strengthen students’ critical thinking and the way to deeper students’ learning. Although this approach has been used it for many years, very little has been discussed and used in early childhood teacher preparation program. Peer review approach might be an alternative way to enhance pre-service teachers’ competences and self-effectiveness; however, it might need to provide adequate training and support for effective peer response before implementation. The purpose of this study is to streamline the review process through online Discussion Board and inform peer-review process and provide reviewer etiquette and ethical issues before implementing peer-review approach through some technology like Mediasite and Voki to strengthen students’ ability for the effective peer response and implement this approach in the early childhood method courses.
