Abstract: New generation is accused of spending more screen time. Technology binds or blinds us? In this panel discussion, we outline stories from different schools around the world where the technology may be limited but pedagogy is plenty (Paulo Freire). Each presenter first shares our personal experiences related to their teaching technology second they showcase our students' projects that are developed with limited technology and resources. We will draw a picture relating to new media and technologies and application (apps) integration in education in general, we will share research from different countries such as: Azerbaijan, Israel, Japan, Turkey and the USA ...
