Abstract: Teachers today face ever-increasing demands in teaching to ensure that their students are to be well equipped to be competent in the 21st century. Among many demands, teachers are expected to be fluent, versatile, and professional in using technology based on the taken-for-granted beliefs that technology has a good and innovative influence on education.
