Abstract: This paper reports preliminary findings of research being conducted on a Teacher Professional Development MOOC and how educators participated in the creation of an OER repository. The Technology-Enabled Learning MOOC (TELMOOC) was designed to support educators looking to explore how technology can be leveraged in their teaching environment. The TELMOOC (www.telmooc.org), developed as a collaboration of the Commonwealth of Learning and Athabasca University, has been delivered to over 5000 educators around the globe in two cohorts of the course in 2017.
