Abstract: This study examines how teacher educators, as mentees, perceived the impact of participating in a one-on-one technology mentoring program on their technology use and integration within the context of a teacher preparation program. Multifaceted benefits were identified by the mentees such as improving mentees’ technology knowledge, increasing confidence, and receiving individualized support, as well as some challenges including technical issues and time commitment. The findings of this study show profound implications for educators and administrators working in similar contexts to better improve their technology mentoring programs.
