Abstract: This poster session will demonstrate how instructional coaches/leaders and departmental chairs can implement VoiceThread as a tool for providing objective instructional feedback. Specifically, examples of instructional feedback videos will be presented and guidelines for using video feedback for instructional improvement and “how to” instructions will be distributed. The session will outline how VoiceThread can be implemented as part of the impact cycle for improvement in teaching, which includes identify, learn, and improve (Knight, 2018).
