Student support has been considered as one of the essential components of open and distance learning (ODL) that every provider must provide (Simpson, 2012). As one of the leading ODL provider, Anadolu University has quite a number of disabled students (around 13000 active) and has been trying to support them via different means and implementations since early 1980s. This paper intended to reveal the challenges and solutions the Anadolu has faced to support its disabled students in its distance education programs.
