Abstract: Though qualitative research is gaining popularity and earning greater respect in social science fields, there is currently a lack of literature describing effective methods of teaching qualitative research, specifically in the online setting. Further, because of the vastness and complexity of qualitative research, it can be difficult to teach the main methodological concepts in one class alone.
