Abstract: This Best Practices session will review the efforts of a higher education institution in providing maximum learning opportunities for non-traditional post-secondary learners in career-oriented undergraduate and graduate degree programs in information technology, healthcare administration, organizational leadership and management, business administration, and paralegal studies. Results of this pioneering initiative in leveraging all forms of access and technology have resulted in success measures defined by enrollment, retention, learning outcomes, and student satisfaction.
