Abstract: Preparing urban and suburban teacher candidates to act with cultural sensitivity in the midst of their students' diverse backgrounds and experiences should be at the forefront of teacher education. Observations and feedback from mentor teachers, university supervisors, and methods instructors provide teacher candidates with much needed guidance to improve classroom instruction. Technology has received attention for its role in assisting with immediate feedback and collaborative efforts; yet, little research has connected feedback and technology with cultural responsiveness.
