Abstract: This paper intends to reveal the lessons learned in an ongoing afford to provide professional development opportunity to faculty members through a series of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). It does not only provide the lessons learned but also design decisions and their rationals while designing MOOCs for faculty development. It is an ongoing longitudinal study and those who are interested in flexible faculty development opportunities might find it quite satisfactory.
