Abstract: Interactive video is a versatile, easy to use instructional tool that helps teacher educators engage students in active learning and conduct formative assessments This paper describes how faculty in the Department of Teaching and Learning at a large southeastern university use web-based interactive video tools in graduate and undergraduate courses to help students develop TPACK by creating lessons and discussions with active learning elements An example of how faculty utilize interactive video in educational psychology is provided Research literature and the pedagogical principles for implementing interactive video into each course are discussed The paper highlights how this tool may be ...
