Share Paper: A Survey of Three NASA Authentic Data Resources for Science and Mathematics Education

Abstract: This educator focused paper discusses three online resources for educators interested in integrating authentic NASA data, challenges and technologies into the secondary classroom. The resources discussed are intended to supplement existing instructional structures to increase student capacity in the 21st Century skills in Learning and Innovation and Information, Media and Technology. The resources included are based in mathematics, Earth science observations and Earth observation data sets respectively providing a cross curricular experience for student participants.
