Abstract: In the 21st century, English and technology have become basic skills necessary for the formation of a successful member in society In Chile, different studies have demonstrated that both necessary skills are at a low level Additionally, many online resources are available for language learning, but there are no existent online resources for Chilean elementary students to continue self-study work at home Most parents find it difficult to help their child in English, for they do not obtain pedagogical studying techniques knowledge or ICT skills to help them find resources online Thus, the following project aims to implement a customized online website for Chilean English as a foreign language (EFL) students and their parents to provide educational resources that help practice a wide range of linguistic skills, through didactic strategies in Antilen school of Rengo, Chile.
