Abstract: Learning Management System are considered well designed when they are usable by the intended users. For that to be possible their usability must be evaluated and continuously be improved. The main objectives of the study are (1) To determine what criteria can help identify usability problems in a LMS web-based application. (2) How well does myLMS meet the selected criteria? The system was evaluated using the following: Accessibility, Ease of use, Errors, Efficiency and Learnability. The system was found to be usable by the intended users with suggestions for future development.
