Share Paper: The Design, Development and Effect of Simulation-based E-Learning Interactive Training on Students’ Achievement and Technological Skills

Abstract: The researcher designed and developed two different modes of e-learning: E-learning Traditional Training (ETT) and Simulation Based E-learning Interactive Training (SBEIT). The two modes of e-learning are developed using number of Adobe programs which latter on delivered through the Blackboard Learning Management System. During the study, the researcher demonstrates how Multimedia theory and Experiential Theory can be utilized in designing and developing of simulation based interactive e-learning environment.
