Abstract: Detailed contextual information on technology innovation initiatives in universities is rare, and especially so in Africa where the impact may be particularly high. With the support of the CDC, the Rwandan Ministry of Health and the University of Rwanda (UR) partnered with Tulane University to enhance learning and teaching at the UR College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS) under the Human Resources for Health Program.
