Abstract: As one medium of on-the-job training (OJT), the coaching tactic has been widely applied in workplace education. This study is to examine how the coaching tactic to administrative associates in dentist clinics might have influence on their subjective well-being and psychological capital, which in turn how that impacts on the turnover rate. The participants in the study are administrative associates in medium to large size dentist clinics in the urban areas.
