Abstract: The development and delivery of eLearning courses within the realm of teacher education and licensure is a complex process. This virtual brief paper employs utilizes an an action research lens in order to analyze bestto discuss best practices while while tracing the journey--successes and challenges--of two graduate-level faculty members charged withwho developed endorsement tracks online. Accommodating students across various disciplines, clinical experiences, and accreditation requirements had to be addressed for students world-wide. The efforts have yielded a robust agenda for research; this paper is a work-in-progress.
