Abstract: The core interest of this study is to foster leadership in the teachers for ICT utilization so they may effectively utilize ICT in designing learning activities in their response to the calls for creating “active learning” environments and “learner-centric classes.” The way to evaluate the program was to 1) have the graduate students who participated in the program take an awareness survey in the form of a questionnaire at the beginning and the end of the program to see its change. 2) The participants were asked to draw mind-maps at the end of the fourth and eighth week of the ...
