Abstract: Abstract: Gamification is nothing new, and yet the topic seems relatively new and undefined in terms of its role in education and training. There are those who believe that gaming or adding gaming concepts to an already established program is nothing short of a an attempt to “water down” the content for fun. Literature, however, gives examples of successful implementations of gaming concepts into training processes for positive results in business practices.
